So macht in dieser Hinsicht Independence Day: Resurgence niemand so schnell etwas vor. Das liegt einerseits an den unsympathischen Charakteren, andererseits daran, dass die rasanteren Abschnitte von Resurgence auf richtige Highlights gänzlich verzichten.
